We are also happy to advise on tenancy agreements and associated fees. |

Area orientation advice – If you are new to an area or are relocating to Cheshire from another part of either this country or another country, we can advise on appropriate locations to suit your requirements. We are happy to take you on an orientation tour if required or advise on which locations would most suit your requirements. |

Sourcing and previewing properties on your behalf – Once your home search brief is finalized and fully understood by your Property Search Consultant – we can then thoroughly research the property rental market, and preview initial suitable properties on your behalf – time permitting. |

Negotiate and oversee tenancy agreement – Once you have decided upon a property, your Property Search Consultant will negotiate the terms of the tenancy on your behalf. We aim to negotiate the best price possible. We will then oversee all paperwork and liaise between all parties involved. |
