We will also explain how your allocated Property Search Consultant will work with you throughout the entire purchase process – liaising with all estate agents, solicitors, bankers, surveyors and other professional advisors. |

Area Orientation – If you are new to an area or are relocating to Cheshire from either another country or a different part of the UK, we can advise on appropriate locations to suit your requirements and can provide detailed information on specific areas/towns. If it would help you – then we are happy to take you on an area familiarization tour. |

Proactive Property Search – Once we fully understand your requirements, we will then undertake a detailed search – working closely with local agents, developers and private owners – as well as scanning the vast internet resources available. This exhaustive search usually takes approximately 10 days. |

Feedback/Shortlist – Our initial feedback usually consists of up to 10 shortlisted properties – which we will discuss with you and agree on a selection for us to view on your behalf. |

Viewings – Once we have carried out initial viewings – we will then eliminate properties which are unsuitable and accompany you on approx. 5 properties to view together (more if required).
